The Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation believes in protecting the privacy of personal information collected from its web site. This information may be shared within the Memorial’s administration to best respond to comments or questions submitted and/or to provide follow-up information about Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation. However, information from Memorial web site users, memorial visitors and Grass Roots Club members is not shared with outside individuals or organizations.

3. Publicly Sharing Your Information
Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation often receives information from web site visitors and those who have participated in its programs and/or toured the memorial. In certain instances, the foundation likes to share the comments and stories received in its print publications and on its web site. The consent of the information provider is obtained in advance of making his or her comments public.

Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation will not collect personally identifiable information from minors without first receiving the written consent of their parents or guardian.
